CLOSING AGENT SERVICES – Answer Title offers a complete portfolio of services and resources for residential or commercial transactions. The firm also provides closing agent services for government‐held loans/ real property assets including title abstracting and settlements for residential properties and vacant and foreclosed properties. Moreover, we provide acquisition consulting for projects involving various owners’ interests and federal‐ and state‐owned land.
